MEDICAID QUALIFICATION PROCESS:
At Harmony House, we accept residents with the Medicaid Aged and Disabled (A&D) Waiver. The qualification process is started by completing the Medicaid Application, which can be found at the local Medicaid office or online.

PRIVATE PAY QUALIFICATION:
For those resident who will be paying for their care privately, the cost of care will be dependent on the level of care and supervision required. For private pay inquiries, please contact our Administrator at (208) 762-9856.
